Write A Letter to Santa

Santa’s mailbox and a North Pole photo op will be set up next to the giant tree at City Hall starting December 1 through December 20. Be sure to include a return address on your letter. Santa and his elves have been known to send a reply. A letter template is available here »

Holiday Lights Tour

Back by popular demand - the third annual Holiday Lights Tour! Are you decorating your home for the holidays? Click here to submit your address and add it to our map! The Liberty GIS team compiles all the submissions for a self-guided holiday lights tour of Liberty. Stay tuned for the map, coming out in December.

Hometown Holidays 2022

Join the City of Liberty and Historic Downtown Liberty, Inc. for Hometown Holidays and the Mayor's Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 3.

Saturday, December 3

Family Activities - 2-5 p.m.

  • Crafts with Lost Arts
  • Games
  • Face painting
  • Holiday Treat Tour - Pick up a map and use it to travel around historic downtown Liberty, stop in participating businesses and get some holiday goodies! These treats will range from holiday snacks and beverages, toys and s'mores kits to roast at the fire pits! Treats are limited - goodies will be given out to the first 150 kids at each participating business.

Mayor's Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony - 5:15 p.m.
