Write A Letter to Santa
Santa’s mailbox and a North Pole photo op will be set up next to the giant tree at City Hall starting December 1 through December 20. Be sure to include a return address on your letter. Santa and his elves have been known to send a reply. A letter template is available here »
Best Decorated Storefront Contest
Gather your friends and family and stroll through downtown to check out the holiday displays! Vote for your favorite storefront by scanning the QR code in any of the participating business’ windows or online at historicdowntownliberty.org. Voting will start Dec. 1 and end Christmas day. Pop-Up Holiday Art Market
Join The Artisan Market on Saturday, Dec. 2 for a holiday craft market like no other! Featuring five local artists, you're sure to find something for everyone on your list. This event will take place at The Artisan Market (118 N. Main St.) from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Shop from a variety of handmade items including jewelry, pottery, fused glass pieces and so much more! Small Market at the Copper Canary
Looking for a fun and safe way for your kids to participate in the holiday shopping festivities? Join The Copper Canary for a Small Market shopping event on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Located at 12 N. Main St., kids 3-13 are given the opportunity to shop for family friends and teachers. Gifts will range from $1-$10 and participants will work with a volunteer to help them with the process! Once they're done shopping, each child will receive a bag of Magic Reindeer Food and will have the opportunity to make a holiday craft! - Passport Challenge - Bring your holiday shopping list and stop in the variety of local merchants to shop and explore. Get a passport and visit any 12 of the 32 downtown shops for your chance to win a Downtown Liberty gift card! Make a purchase at any downtown business for an extra entry into the giveaway drawing. Return your completed passport to the HDLI Office at 118 N Main St. by 5 p.m. on Dec. 2. The winner will be contacted directly.
