If you're looking for some outdoor fun while your in Liberty, be sure to check out the 112-acre Stocksdale Park, which offers a wide range of amenities, including a playground for the kids, a paved 1/2-mile paved walking, biking trail that loops through a small section of the parks forest, a 1-mile natural surface trail that winds through the woods and open prairie, as well as a soon-to-be added cricket pitch and more.

For the off-road cyclist, Stocksdale Park even boasts one of the region's most extensive mountain bike trails that weaves through Stocksdale Park and the adjoining Walnut Woods Conservation Area.

Stocksdale is also home to the ever popular 3-acre Liberty Dog Park with agility amenities and a recently constructed shade structure. There's even a separate 5,400 square foot area for the more diminutive pups.

Bad Rock Creek Disc Golf Course is an 18-hole course that's built in and around the natural beauty of Stocksdale Park open prairie and wooded areas. This course welcomes players of all skill levels! Following the "Tee It Forward" philosophy, it was designed for beginner, advanced and even pro players. Through the placement of alternate tee pads and additional baskets, Bad Rock Creek DGC combines three courses - red, blue and gold - into one 18-hole layout.
