If you always have room for dessert, you’re in good company in Liberty. From ice cream to chocolate to cookies, we have a local flavor for every sweet tooth.

Sheridan's Frozen Custard

With an ever-evolving menu, you’ll never get bored at Sheridan’s Frozen Custard. They’ve been a staple on highway 291 for over two decades, and for good reason.

Most locals have their seasonal go-tos, like the Pumpkin Pie Concrete in the fall (with an entire slice of home-made pumpkin pie blended in) or the Fresh-Baked Strawberry Shortcake Sundae in the summer (with fresh strawberries AND fresh shortcake sharing center stage).

And with drive-thru plus dine outside options, you can stay safe and treat yourself.

Classy Chocolates

Located in Liberty’s Historic Downtown, Classy Chocolates has been a popular stop for anniversary gifts (a dozen chocolate covered strawberries beats a dozen roses any day), afternoon treats, cakes, and more for years.

Oh, and their cinnamon rolls – only available on Friday mornings – will make you wonder if you’ve ever even had a real cinnamon roll before.
