Let’s be honest, it can be difficult to shop for the men in your life, and with Father’s Day is just around the corner, we know what it’s like searching high and low to find the right gift for the men who have taught us, protected us and loved us.
The good news is, no matter what your dad is into, we’ve got something for him in Liberty.
BRANT’S CLOTHING
For the coach and the fan. Dads encourage us to push harder. They always believe in us more than we believe in ourselves. If that’s your dad, then you’ll want to head over to Brant’s Clothing. They have apparel for more than 20 local teams, including the Royals, Chiefs, Mavericks, Monarchs, college favorites and more. The wide selection of ’47 hats are always a good go-to option.
3HALVES BREWING CO.
The beer guy. Whether he is already into craft beer, or has toddlers or teenagers, maybe beer is what he really wants for Father’s Day. Head to the brewery to enjoy a flight on the patio. While you're there, you wont want to miss the BBQ from Jousting Pigs. If you're low on time, order a crowler or 4-pack online and swing by to pick up and enjoy at home.
ROGERS SPORTING GOODS
For the outdoorsman. Find a gift for the man who taught you how to survive without electricity, running water, and the internet at Rogers. Father’s Day is perfectly situated in the middle of fishing season, prime boating season, and just before hunting season. Which basically means, anything you pick from Rogers is bound to be useful from the moment he opens it.
WOODCHUX
For the teacher. If the guy you’re celebrating enjoys teaching the kids a thing or two, then an outing to Woodchux might be the best present you could give him. Reserve a lane for an hour and bring the whole family out for a bit of axe throwing fun. If you decide to let him win... just don’t let him find out.
BRATCHER COOPERAGE & GIFTS
The hobbiest. For the guy who appreciates the craft in all things hand made, head over to Bratcher Cooperage & Gifts. The gift shop is full of "made in the USA" gifts, cards, wooden utensils, cutting boards and more. One of the hidden gems in Liberty is the cooperage owner, Doug, who hand makes barrels, buckets, kegs and churns that have been used in movie sets, national parks, historic site restorations, as well as western & civil war re-enactments. During the months of September and October, Doug can be found in Branson, Missouri at Silver Dollar City's National Harvest Festival, demonstrating the coopering of barrels and wood buckets.
We know that dads come in all shapes and sizes. So, it’s only right to find a gift as unique as he is.
You can find everything you need to treat that special guy for Father’s Day here in Liberty. It’s just an added bonus that you’re supporting local while doing it.
