One of the hidden gems in Liberty is the cooperage owner, Doug, who hand makes barrels, buckets, kegs and churns that have been used in movie sets, national parks, historic site restorations, as well as western & civil war re-enactments.  During the months of September and October, Doug can be found in Branson, Missouri at Silver Dollar City's National Harvest Festival, demonstrating the coopering of barrels and wood buckets.
