While it may seem too early to be thinking about all your holiday shopping, the spirit of the season is coming fast! Celebrate Small Business Saturday on Nov. 26 by supporting local businesses and their vital role in our thriving community. Here are five unique small businesses to shop in Liberty:


This adorable handmade home goods and gift shop is the sweetest spot full of the cutest home goods! From candles and throw pillows to snacks and drinks, this little shop nestled in historic downtown Liberty is a great source to pick up stocking stuffers or a hostess gift for all your holiday parties. They have a unique collection of gift-wrapping sheets and offer free gift-wrapping services with the purchase of any gift and gift-wrapping sheet!

Nickel and Suede 

What started as a small, local women’s earring shop has grown to offer various products like perfume, candles, apparel and accessories of all kinds. Nickel and Suede is already offering several holiday-specific deals and products, like their one-of-a-kind Advent calendar, including 12 small gifts! You can shop at their Liberty HQ store or shop online to support this locally owned, female-founded and operated business.

Bratcher Cooperage

Located on Mill Street, this gift shop has been proudly stocking “made in the USA” gifts, cards and other handmade items for more than 36 years. This gem of a shop is an excellent source for wall art, cutting boards and other gifts. PLUS, Bratcher's is an operating Cooperage where you can find handcrafted barrels, buckets, kegs and churns. They offer repairs to old items, such as wooden ice cream tubs, and take custom orders to surprise your loved ones with something unique and super special this holiday season.

Liberty Antique Mall

Find a one-of-a-kind, unique treasure at the Liberty Antique Mall. They offer over 10,000 square feet of vintage treasures sourced from over 70 booths. Shopping antiques is an eco-friendly way to find unique and sentimental gifts for even the most difficult people on your holiday list.
