Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK AND ANY QUESTIONS, COMMENTS OR COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE CONTEST SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE SPONSOR, NOT INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK.

1. Eligibility: The Landing Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to persons who are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Visit Liberty MO (“Sponsor”), and each of their respective related companies, dealers, and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Official Rules:  By participating, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
3. Sponsor:  This Sweepstakes is solely sponsored by Visit Liberty MO (“Sponsor”).
4. Timing:  The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT"), 11/8/2021 and runs through 7:00 p.m. CT, 11/14/2021 (the "Sweepstakes Period")
5. How To Enter:  To enter, simply comment the predicted score of the Chiefs vs Raiders game on “The Landing” Sweepstakes post found on the Visit Liberty MO Facebook Page. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person, per day. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.  The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected entries, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
6. Winner Selection: The entrant who most closely predicts the score of the Chiefs vs Raiders game will be selected. If multiple people guess the same score, the winner will be randomly selected by a 3rd party sweepstakes administrator after the "Entry Period".  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The prize winner will be notified, through a direct message, by a Sponsor representative within 48 hours of contest close. 
7. Prizes:  One (1) winner will receive one (1) $75 gift card to The Landing in Liberty, MO. Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted without prior written consent from Sponsor. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or comparable value. Any and all taxes and/or fees associated with prize receipt, redemption and use are the sole responsibility of winner. 
8. Publicity: By accepting a prize, prize winner (i) agrees to Sponsor’s use for advertising or publicity purposes of winner’s name and address (city & state), photograph, video and/or likeness and (ii) grants to Sponsor any and all rights to said use world-wide in all forms of media now known or hereinafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
9.  General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Release:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Visit Liberty MO, its affiliates and each of their respective related companies, and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of the prize.
11. Limitations of Liability:  Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.  Prize winners agree to acknowledge and abide by all terms and conditions imposed by those organizations donating Sweepstakes prizes and coordinating the redemption thereof, which may include additional limits on liability,
12. Entrant's Personal Information: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant consents to sponsors use of entrant’s personal information for marketing purposes and agrees that such information may be shared with all organizations that have donated prizes to the Sweepstakes.
