Fall Events in Liberty, MO

This October is bursting with festive fall pumpkins and spooky fun events for you and your littles to enjoy! All these events are free and open to the public!

2nd Annual Pumpkin Festival at the Historic Downtown Liberty Farmers Market – Saturday, Oct. 7

Now that fall is in full swing, it’s time to start bringing out the pumpkins! And what a better way to do that than having a pumpkin festival?! Join Historic Downtown Liberty, Inc. and Jazzercize Liberty for the 2nd annual Pumpkin Festival Farmers Market on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 8 a.m.  –  12 p.m. in downtown Liberty.

Celebrate all things fall and most importantly, pumpkin, at this event honoring the changing of the seasons! Check out all the amazing pumpkin themed games, food, giveaways and of course pumpkin photo ops! There will also be live music from local musicians Tica Felise and the DeeGees. Spooky Trail Hunt – Friday Oct. 20 through Tuesday, Oct. 31

Gather all your ghouls and goblins for this frightfully fun trail hunt! From Friday, Oct. 20 – Tuesday, Oct. 31, walk Cameron’s Trail of Trees at Stocksdale Park (901 S. La Frenz Rd.) and find the 12 ghosts hidden along the path.

Each ghost will be holding a secret word that you’ll need to solve the riddle on the activity sheet. Once you’ve found all 12 ghosts, bring your sheet to the Liberty Community Center for a Halloween treat! Activity sheets can be found at the Liberty Community Center or online. Howl-O-Ween – Saturday, Oct. 28

This event is truly for the whole family – yes even your dogs! Join the Liberty Parks & Rec for a bad to the bone event for you and your pup on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 2 – 4 p.m. at the Stocksdale Dog Park (901 S. La Frenz Rd). Dress your dog up in their best costume for the doggy costume contest and document your fun with the professional photographer. Stop at the food truck for a snack on your way to enter to win raffle prizes! Raffle ticket sales will go toward improvements at the Stocksdale Dog Park. FastKick Trunk or Treat – Sunday, Oct. 29

Join FastKick Martial Arts for another boo-tastic year of trunk or treat! This free event will take place Sunday, Oct. 29 from 1 – 3 p.m. at FastKick Martial Arts (106 S. Forrest Ave.). Trick or Treat in Historic Downtown Liberty – Tuesday, Oct. 31

Get ready for a thrilling night of trick or treating in downtown Liberty on Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 5 – 7 p.m. Show off your scarily cute costume and collect candy as you wander around the square. For more information about this event, visit the Facebook event page.
