Tourism Marketing Grant Application 2026

  1. Tourism Marketing Grant Application

Visit Liberty and the Tourism Committee offer a Tourism Grant program to support retail shops, tourist attractions or events designed to attract visitors and overnight stays in Liberty. These grants can help cover:

    • Advertising: Promote your business in ways you couldn't normally afford.
    • Event Support: Enhance an existing event or kickstart a new event idea, including booking vendors and entertainment, printing, advertising, etc.

Liberty-based businesses and non-profits are eligible to apply.

    Key Points:

    • Event Grants: Must enhance an existing event or fund a new idea. Describe how a grant will enhance your event, add something new or help it grow. Funding to previous grant recipients will take lower priority.
    • Advertising Grants: Must focus on tourism promotion and include a clear strategy. Describe your current advertising efforts and how the requested ad will impact your business.
    • Success Metrics: All applicants should explain how they will attract visitors to Liberty and how success will be measured.

    Important Dates:

    • Application Deadline: March 15 at 5 p.m.
    • Grants Awarded: By the end of March.
    • Reimbursement: Grants are paid after the event/project, once receipts are submitted.
