Saddle your reindeer to kick off the season with holiday shopping, pictures with Santa, crafts, games, the new Holiday Treats Tour. Cap the night with the Mayor's Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony! Pick up a map and follow the fun through downtown Liberty, stopping in participating businesses where you will find holiday snacks and beverages, toys and s'mores kits to enjoy at the fire pits.

This family-friendly event features games, face painting and crafts for the kids but is fun for everyone! The festivities will take place on Saturday, Dec. 3, beginning at 2 p.m. Make sure to stick around so you don't miss the annual Mayor's Christmas tree lighting at 5:15 p.m.
Several downtown Liberty businesses have put their gingerbread house making skills to the test in this year's gingerbread making contest. See what they've come up with and vote for your favorite one online.

The delicious creations will be on display the first weekend of December (Dec. 2-4), and the winners will be announced the week of Dec. 5. What a tasty way to support a few of your favorite downtown Liberty businesses!
